Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only (garden and terrace). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa attimes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, the kitchen andliving areas.

Zero tolerance applies indoors. If our team finds any evidence of smoking inside the property during or after your stay — including smoke smell, ash, cigarette butts, or related residue — a minimum fee of €200 will be charged without exception.

For stays exceeding 30 nights, a fair use policy applies to utilities (electricity, water, heating). Consumption is capped at €80 per month. Any usage beyond this threshold may be charged accordingly.
