3. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

5. Smoking is prohibited. Please remove dirty shoes before entering the villa.
6. Access to the villa is through a smart lock and fence gate. Access codes will be provided before your arrival.
7. Security cameras will be deactivated during your stay. An alarm FOB is available upon request.
8. Parking is available roadside by the gate. Please refrain from parking in neighboring lots. Garage access with a FOB will be available from April 2026. Note: A €100 fee is charged for any lost FOBs (alarm or garage).
9. Please observe quiet hours and comply with noise regulations as per Portuguese Noise Law (Article 24, DL no. 92007).
10. Kindly treat the property and its facilities with care for future guest enjoyment. Report any existing damage upon arrival, or any breakages during your stay, immediately — we are happy to assist with swift resolutions.
11a. Due to water shortages in the Algarve, guests are asked to be mindful of water usage. Abusive use such as inflatable pools, car washing, or leaving taps running is prohibited. As the villa uses borewell water, bottled water is recommended for drinking and cooking.
11b. Be considerate of energy usage for air conditioningheating and strive for sustainability. Electric vehicle charging on the property is not allowed.
12. Please clean the BBQ or oven after use.
13. Separate rubbish and recycling and dispose of them in street bins before checkout. We can provide locations for nearby recycling points if needed.
14. Run the dishwasher before checkout. A €20 charge applies if dishes are left unwashed.
15. We are not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings during your stay. A small safe is available, with the code provided after booking.
16. As per Portuguese law (Article 45, CAAS), identification details fornon-Portuguese guests must be submitted to AIMA. We will contact you one week before arrival to collect this information — your smart lock code will be shared upon completion.
17. We may need to access the property for essential repairs (e.g., air conditioning, appliances). We will notify you in advance.
18. A washing machine is available for guest use. No dryer is available; please plan accordingly and use the machine considerately.
19. Bath, hand, pool towels, bed linen, and hand soap are provided. Linen is changed after 7 nights. Additional cleaning services are available at €15hour.
20. Our landscaping team visits weekly for garden and pool maintenance, usually on Fridays, more frequently during summer.
21. Please shower before using the pool to maintain clean and fresh water for everyone.
22. Additional charges may apply for sunscreen stains on towels or linens that cannot be removed.
23. We welcome children at Casa Da Laranjeira! To preserve the villa, please ensure childrens activities — such as using crayons, paints, and pens — are confined to paper, not walls. Additional charges will apply for any wall damage beyond normal wear and tear.
