Please note that Casas do Porto does not have an open reception and neither the team lives on the building, so its imperative that guests contact the property prior to their arrival (preferable 1 week before). Use the contacts on the page for that, this way they can easily program a time to be there expecting you, by the time of your arrival. The absence of contact or reply from the guest may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
At the end of the stay, the apartment must be delivered in reasonable clean conditions. If this condition is not verified, an additional cleaning fee of 50 € per apartment may be charged.
Also upon arrival, you must pay the Municipal Tourist Tax 3 €personnight, this can be paid in cash.
