Cascade Wellness Resort - Lagos

Set among gardens in a stunning cliff-top with an outdoor pool, Cascade Wellness Resort overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and the nearby Porto de Mós Beach. It features a full spa with beauty and massage treatments, hot tub and sauna.

The resort offers you a hotel, apartments and independent villas. The hotel is dividedfive individually decorated wings, each reflecting the expeditions of Portuguese navigators across four continents – Europe, Africa, Asia and South America, which is reflected in the tasteful décor of the rooms and suites.

With 3 restaurants and 2 bars, the offer varies from international haute cuisine to the richness of Portuguese gastronomy and regional products.

The self-contained apartments and villas include spacious lounges and dining areas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. WiFi access is free inaccommodation options and there is also free underground parking. The Cascade Wellness Resort features a Spa with 4 treatment rooms and outdoor heated pool, a state-of-the-art gym, kids club, 2 football pitches, 2 tennis courts and a gaming room.

Located within a 30-minute walk from Dona Ana Beach and Ponta da Piedade Lighthouse. Porto de Mós beach is 900 metres, Boavista Golf Course is 3 km away and Faro International Airport is 90 km away.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please note that guests under 16 years old are not allowed to use the spa and gym facilities.

Please note that the heated pool is the outdoor Spa Pool.

Please note that double or twin rooms can only accommodate children up to 2 years old in a cot.

Please note that payment of the total amount of the reservation is required upon check-in.

Please note that extra beds for children between 3 and 12 years old are free and for adults they are not included in the total price of the reservation.

Please note that pets are allowed (as long as it weighs up to 10 kg) in the apartments or Villas at an extra charge of 25€ per pet, per day and a deposit of EUR 100 per pet and vaccination records will be requested for any damages or accidents caused by the animal.

Please note that only a maximum limit of 1.000€ in cash payments are allowed.

From December 2025 until the 01st of January 2026 the apartments will be available exclusively on a Room Only basis. During this period, some resort facilities will be temporarily closed, including: hotel rooms, restaurants, bar, spa, and kids club. Reception will remain operational from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and will be located at Apartment No. 601.

Classic Double or Twin Room. This spacious double or twin room with a décor inspired in the African, Asian, South-American continents and Portugal wing, features a resort view, spacious balcony or terrace, flat-screen TV and bathroom with floor heating. There are two of these rooms specially designed and equipped for guests with disabilities. Please note that this room can only accommodate children up to 2 years old in a cot. ;
Double or Twin Room with Sea View. This spacious double or twin room with a décor inspired in the African, Asian or South-American, European continents and Portugal wing. It features sea views, a large balcony or terrace, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with floor heating. Please note that this room can only accommodate children up to 2 years old in a cot. ;
Standard Suite. This suite offers Asian, Africa or South American style décor with views of the resort. It features a spacious balcony or terrace, seating area with two flat-screen TVs, a sofa bed and coffeetea making facilities. It also comes with a modern, private bathroom with floor heating and a spacious walk-in shower unit. Please note that the price is based on 2 guests. Generous ground floor with living room and dining area with terracotta flooring, fully equipped modern kitchen opening to a terrace with barbecue. ;
